How do engagements usually work?: Three models: a monthly retainer from $3,500, hourly billing at $20–$25 per developer, or fixed-cost delivery for tightly-scoped work.
Do you work across time zones?: We deliver for teams in the US, UK, Canada and Australia, with daily overlap hours agreed up front so nothing waits a full day for an answer.
