What if my requirements are still vague?: That is the normal starting point. Most of our projects begin as a problem statement, not a spec; scoping it properly is part of the first conversation.
Will you sign an NDA before we talk?: Yes. Say so in your message and we will send one over before any detailed discussion of your product or data.
How do engagements usually work?: Three models: a monthly retainer from $3,500, hourly billing at $20 to $30 per hour based on project size, length, and complexity, or fixed-cost delivery for tightly-scoped work.
Do you work across time zones?: We deliver for teams in the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, with daily overlap hours agreed up front so nothing waits a full day for an answer.
