The trade

Without a partner team

  • Turn the build down for lack of dev capacity
  • Gamble the client on freelancers
  • Hire ahead of revenue and hope

With a partner team

  • A senior team ships it under your brand
  • You keep the client, the pricing, and the credit
  • Capacity scales up or down month to month

What white label means in this arrangement

White label here is a contractual position, not a marketing word. Rorix signs with your agency. Your client signs with you. There is no agreement between us and your client, no invoice from us to them, and no line in their contract that names us.

How a partner team sits between you and your clientThree parties in a row. Your client contracts with and pays your agency at your price. Your agency contracts with and pays Rorix one monthly invoice per team. Your client and Rorix have no relationship: no contract, no invoice, and no contact unless you ask for it.Your clientYour agencyRorix teamSenior engineers + PMunder your brandContracts with youPays your priceContracts with usOne invoice per teamNo contract, no invoice, no contact

Whose name is on it

Repositories, documentation, sprint boards, and standup invitations carry your brand. When a client call needs an engineer in the room, that engineer joins under your banner, introduced by you, on your meeting link. If you would rather keep delivery entirely behind the curtain, we never appear at all. Both arrangements run today.

How the money moves

One invoice per team comes from Rorix Technologies Private Limited to your agency each month. What you charge your client is set by you, and it is never disclosed to us or by us. You invoice on your own terms and your own cycle.

Who ends up owning the code

Your agency, and through you, your client. IP transfers on payment. We retain no license and build in no dependency that requires us to keep the system running after handover.

What the limits are

A mutual non-solicit protects both directions: we do not approach your clients and you do not approach our engineers. An NDA is signed before the first brief, not after it. Scope stays at application engineering, so infrastructure and DevOps remain with your team or the client's.

Team rates

  • Team S3 senior engineers + PM$3,333 per engineer$10,000 per month
  • Team M5 senior engineers + PM$3,200 per engineer$16,000 per month
  • Team L10 senior engineers + PM$3,000 per engineerSubject to bench availability$30,000 per month

The spread is yours. You set the client price and keep the difference.

US agencies bill $100 to $150 per hour for senior engineering. A Team M engineer costs you $3,200 a month.

All figures in USD, billed monthly. Move between S, M, and L with 15 days notice. Team L is staffed to bench availability and scoped on the intro call. Need one engineer rather than a whole team? Ask and we will quote it.

The same team structure, running today

Neither client below is an agency, but both run on the structure a partner team uses: a dedicated senior team, a project manager, and a standing sprint cadence. The first is a white-label platform build.

What stood out most was the consistent quality of their work and their balance of professionalism and approachability. The team was reliable, communicative, and genuinely invested in the success of our projects, which made the collaboration both productive and enjoyable.

Rorix Technologies has made our admin panel usable and client-facing, where it wasn’t friendly before. We can communicate back and forth with them as if they were employees. The team really cares about our company and the direction we’re going.

How it starts

  1. Intro call: 30 minutes. You describe your pipeline, we show how a team maps onto it.

  2. Paper: NDA and partnership terms signed. White-label and non-solicit by default.

  3. First brief: Joint scoping with your PM. You quote the client at your price.

  4. Team live: Staffed and shipping within two weeks of signing.

Who this is for

For: agencies and studios that sell web, mobile, or platform builds and need engineering capacity they can trust under their own brand.

Not for: one-off gig seekers, or teams that want to resell without a project manager who can run client conversations.

Terms

  • White-label by default
  • NDA before first brief
  • Mutual non-solicit
  • Month-to-month teams
  • Post-launch SLAs

FAQ

Who owns the client relationship?

You do, entirely. Rorix contracts with your agency, never with your client. We appear under your brand or not at all.

Will you sign our client's MSA?

Yes, where your agency stays the prime contractor and carries the liability flow-down to us, and subject to our review of the liability and indemnity terms. Where that structure is not on the table, the engagement runs on our agreement with your agency alone and your client signs nothing with us.

How does invoicing work?

One monthly invoice per team from Rorix Technologies Private Limited to your agency. You invoice your client at your own price.

Who owns the code?

Your agency, and through you, your client. IP transfers on payment. No lock-in, no license games.

How long does the non-solicit run?

Twenty-four months in both directions, running from the end of your last engagement with us rather than from each individual team. We do not approach your clients and you do not approach our engineers. It survives termination, so a gap between projects never quietly expires the clock.

Can we scale the team up or down?

Yes. Teams are month to month. Move between S, M, and L with 15 days notice.

What happens if an engineer rolls off mid-build?

We name a replacement within 10 business days, and the outgoing engineer overlaps the new one for two weeks. Context transfers in conversation rather than in a handover document. You approve the replacement before the swap.

What does a team work out to per engineer?

Team S is $3,333 per engineer per month, Team M is $3,200, and Team L is $3,000. The rate falls as the team grows because one project manager and one shared codebase context cover more engineers.

What if we already have developers?

A Rorix team slots in alongside your own for overflow, or takes a whole build end to end. Both models run today.

Who do we escalate to when something slips?

A named delivery lead on your team, contacted directly rather than through a queue, with a response inside 24 business hours. That clock covers delivery escalation and is separate from the support ticket response times published per package on our pricing page. The written Friday status runs alongside it, so an escalation is never how you first learn a sprint is off track.

Where is the team?

Ahmedabad, India. One team, one office, no subcontracting chains. Overlap: full UK mornings, US East until noon, Australian afternoons.
