A database-driven cron registry executes 30 scheduled jobs: leave accruals, probation and appraisal reminders, timesheet digests, invoice generation, lead archiving, and encrypted database backups, with failure alerts when anything breaks.
Implemented gapless invoice sequencing, immutable snapshots frozen at send time, FX-locked payment records, GST calculation, credit management, and bank reconciliation, so every number can be traced years later.
Integrated Claude to score incoming resumes against job descriptions and assist internal workflows, turning the highest-volume manual screening task into a reviewed-not-performed one.
