How the score works

Four pillars, not one number

Technology, process, people and data are scored separately. A strong platform paired with an unprepared team is a very different problem from the reverse, and one blended score would hide that.

Weighted by real impact

Statements that consistently determine whether a transformation succeeds, such as system integration, executive sponsorship and connected data, carry more weight than the ones that are merely useful.

Gaps ranked, not just listed

Your results surface the specific statements where the most weighted score was lost, so the first thing you read is the thing worth fixing first.

Assessment questions, answered

About two minutes. You rate 20 short statements spread across four screens (technology, process, people and data) with five statements on each screen.

No. Your score, the pillar-by-pillar breakdown and your three highest-impact gaps all appear as soon as you finish the last section. An email is only needed if you want the full written report and 90-day action plan sent to you.

Each statement carries a weight of 2 or 3 depending on how much it affects transformation outcomes. Rating a statement "Yes" earns its full weight, "Partly" earns half, and "Not yet" earns none. Your score is the total earned weight as a percentage of the maximum, so the questions that matter most move your score the most.

Most organizations have processes and systems that are partly in place: documented but not followed, or automated in one department only. A three-point scale reflects that reality and produces a score you can act on, rather than forcing an inaccurate yes or no.

Early Stage (0–39) means the foundations need work before new software will pay off. Developing (40–59) means real building blocks exist but are uneven. Intermediate (60–79) means you are ready to scale once specific gaps close. Advanced (80–100) means you are ready for deeper automation and analytics work.

Yes. Use "Review my answers" on the results screen to step back through any section, or jump directly to a section using the section rail. Your score updates as soon as you change an answer. Progress is also kept if you refresh the page during the assessment.
